La Part des fées : fairies have really been so kind with this wine (fées is French for fairies). Manually harvested with a very strict selection : grapes from very old merlot plots (50 to 60 years) and our best younger areas.
Blend : 90% Merlot - 10% Cabernet-Sauvignon
Traditionnal winemaking process, that does not draw too much from the fruit, followed by a 15 month "élevage" in new oak barrels. Our first vintage, 2003 , has already received 3 awards:
